Athletic Brushed Polyester (athletic knit) - $12.50/Half Yard

• Weight: 240 GSM

• Fabric Content: 80/20% Polyester/Lycra

• Width of Fabric: ~58in Wide

• Stretch: 100% 4-Way

• Description:  Soft with a brushed texture on both sides of the fabric. Higher spandex content makes it great for athletic wear. It literally feels like a second skin.

• Uses:  Leggings, run shorts, Sports Bras, fitted tops, bodysuits, dresses, and dancewear

• Additional Details: This fabric and is printed vertically to reduce white when stretched. We recommend cutting fabric against the grain for best results.

 

Bamboo French Terry (knit) - $13.00/Half Yard

• ​Weight:  280 GSM

• Fabric Content:  95/5% Bamboo/Lycra

• Width of Fabric:  ~58in Wide

• Stretch: 75% 4-Way

• Description:  Heavy enough to wear for the winter, but light enough to wear for the fall, spring, and summer. It has a nice drape which makes it suitable for many types of patterns. While Bamboo is naturally antimicrobial and moisture wicking, it does not dry as quickly as other bases.

• Uses:  Hoodies, loose dresses, skirts, tops, light joggers, sweaters,, and cozy pants.
   

Bamboo Lycra (knit) - $12.50/Half Yard

• Weight:  240 GSM

• Fabric Content:  95%/5%  Bamboo/Lycra

• Width of Fabric:  ~58in Wide

• Stretch:  100/75% Horizontal/Vertical

• Description:  Light weight with great flowy drape. it is  ideal for hot summers or to stay cool in bed at night. While Bamboo is naturally antimicrobial and moisture wicking, it does not dry as quickly as other bases.

• Uses:  Flowy or fitted tops and dresses, pajamas, and breathable kids/baby clothing.

 

Brushed Bamboo French Terry (knit) - $13.50/Half Yard 

• ​Weight:  280 GSM

• Fabric Content:  95/5% Bamboo/Lycra

• Width of Fabric:  ~58in Wide

• Stretch: 75% 4-Way

• Description:  Soft brushed texture to the terry side of the fabric. It's heavy enough to wear for the winter, but light enough to wear for the fall, spring, and summer. Canvas (woven) -  $11.00/Half Yard

• Weight:  250 GSM

• Fabric Content:  100% Cotton

• Width of Fabric:  ~60in Wide 

• Stretch:  0%

• Description:  Light weight which makes it easy to sew through multiple layers at a time. It also has a tight weave to increase durability and minimize fraying, while still having drape that isn't boxy or rigid.

Cotton French Terry (knit) - $12.00/Half Yard

• Weight:  260 GSM

• Fabric Content:  95/5% Cotton/Lycra

• Width of Fabric:  ~58in Wide

• Stretch: 75% 4-Way

• Description:  Soft and thick fabric that has nice stretch and recovery. Although it has some drape, it also has structure to make it versatile for top and bottom wear.

• Uses:  Joggers, hoodies, sweatshirts, and jumpers
   

Cotton Lycra 180 (knit) - $12.00/Half Yard

• Weight:  180 GSM

• Fabric Content:  95/5% Cotton/Lycra

• Width of Base:  ~58in Wide

• Stretch: 100/50% Horizontal/Vertical

• Description:  Lighter weight cotton lycra option that has wonderful stretch and recovery. Fabric's lighter weight gives it great drape and softness. Think of lighter breathable, soft, t-shirt fabric.

• Uses:  t-shirts, kids/baby clothing, boxers, flowy tops and dresses
   

Cotton Lycra 260 (knit) - $12.00/Half Yard

• Weight:  260 GSM

• Fabric Content:  95/5% Cotton/Lycra

• Width of Fabric:  ~58in Wide

• Stretch:  100% 4-Way

• Description:  Wonderful stretch and recovery that doesn't curl when you cut it. Think of it's thickness of adding a bit more structure to your garment, but still maintain some drape. Although not as light weight as CL 180, it still has good breathability. It holds up well after continuous washing and drying and does not fade or pill.

• Uses:  Kids/baby clothing, leggings, fitted tops, bras, hoodies, endless possibilities!
   

Double Sided Minky (knit) - $12.50/Half Yard

• Weight:  340 - 360 GSM

• Fabric Content:  95/5% polyester/Lycra

• Width of Fabric:  ~56in Wide

• Stretch: 100/25% Horizontal/Vertical

• Description:  This is a double sided super plush minky fabric that has lots of stretch

• Uses:  Blankets, joggers, hoodies, anything warm and cozy!

 

Double Brushed Polyester (knit) - $11.50/Half Yard

• Weight:  220 GSM

• Fabric Content:  95/5% polyester/Lycra

• Width of Fabric:  ~58in Wide

• Stretch: 75/50% Horizontal/Vertical

• Description:  Described by many as feeling like a cloud. It is super soft with a fantastic drape.

• Uses:  Leggings, flowy or fitted tops and dresses
   

Endurance XC (athletic knit) - $12.50/Half Yard

• Weight:  270 - 280 GSM

• Fabric Content:  80/20% Polyester/Lycra

• Width of Fabric:  ~58in Wide

• Stretch: 100% 4-Way​

• Description:  Intended for athletic wear for a smooth compressive fit. Fabric has a matte texture that is cool to the touch.

• Uses:  Leggings, sports bras, joggers, tank tops, body suits, dancewear

• Additional Details: This fabric has a smooth semi matte texture and is printed vertically to reduce white when stretched. We recommend cutting fabric against the grain for best results.

• Description:  Pliable fabric for handbags that has a pebbled texture on the printed side and a woven backing to minimize tearing and ripping.

• Uses:  Handbags

• Additional Details:  Cut 18 in x WOF.  It is not cut continuously.
   

Fleeced Bamboo French Terry (knit) - $13.50/Half Yard 

• ​Weight:  280 GSM

• Fabric Content:  95/5% Bamboo/Lycra

• Width of Fabric:  ~58in Wide

• Stretch: 40/70% Horizontal/Vertical

• Description:  Soft fleeced texture to the backside of the fabric what turns "fleecy" after its first wash. It's heavy enough to wear for the winter, but light enough to wear for the fall, spring, and summer. It has a nice drape which makes it suitable for many types of patterns. While Bamboo is naturally antimicrobial and moisture wicking, it does not dry as quickly as other bases.

Liverpool (knit) - $10.00/Half Yard

• Weight:  220 GSM

• Fabric Content:  95/5% polyester/Lycra

• Stretch:  75/50% Horizontal/Vertical

• Description:  Nice weight with texture for a flowy or fitted clothing item

• Uses:  Dresses, tops, skirts, headbands, and bows
   

Luxury Cotton (woven) - $10.00/Half Yard

• Weight:  150 GSM

• Fabric Content:  100% Cotton

• Width of Fabric:  ~56in Wide

• Description:  This is your basic quilting cotton fabric but with a tighter weave to minimize fraying and wrinkling. It can be worn straight out of the dryer without ironing.

Rayon Challis (woven) - $10.00/Half Yard

• Fabric Content:  100% Rayon

• Width of Fabric:  ~50in Wide

• Description:  Fantastic drape with a super smooth hand finish. It is easy to sew and not slippery like other rayon's.

Softshell (woven) - $13.00/Half Yard

• Weight:  391 GSM

• Fabric Content:  100/5% Polyester/ Lycra (outer shell), 100% polyester (inner lining)

• Width of Fabric:  ~58in wide

• Description:  This is a double waterproofed fabric with an outer stretch woven shell and a black fleeced backing.

SPF 50+ Swim (knit) - 12.00/Half Yard

• Weight:  270 GSM

• Fabric Content:  80/20% Polyester/Lycra

• Width of Fabric:  ~58in Wide

• Stretch:  100% 4-Way

• Description:  Cool, soft and smooth texture that dries quickly and doesn't fade in sun or chlorine.. SPF 50 rated, but never go in the sun without sunscreen protection.

Stretch Woven (woven) - $8.00/Half Yard

• Description:  Versatile woven fabric with nice flowy drape and slight stretch.

• Uses:  Boardshorts, athletic shorts, flowy tops, lining of handbags and jackets

• Additional Details:  This fabric is printed vertically because the vertical stretch is greater than horizontal stretch..
   

Stretch Mesh (knit) - $8.00/Half Yard

• Description:  Light weight with lots of stretch and drape.

• Uses:  Mesh inserts in leggings, tops, dancewear

• Description:  Sturdy transparent vinyl used for bag making.

• Fabric Content:  100% Textured Vinyl

• Description:  Pliable fabric for handbags that has a cross hatch texture on the printed side and a woven backing to minimize tearing and ripping.

Waterproof Polyester Canvas - $10.00/Half Yard

• ​Weight:  230 GSM

• Fabric Content:  100% Polyester

• Width of Base:  ~58in wide

• Stretch:  0%​

• Description:  Light to medium weight crisp polyester canvas coated on one side with a PU waterproofing solution so that water beads and rolls off. The benefit of the PU waterproof solution versus using PVC backing which is found in Ottertex, is that our Waterproof canvas can easily be sewn with a domestic sewing machine without the difficulty many find when sewing Ottertex. Not Food Grade.

• Uses:  Handbags,, lining, curtains, umbrellas, tents, indoor and outdoor upholstery, jackets, and accessories.

• Additional Details:  This fabric is shipped folded and will arrive with creases. These creases can be carefully pressed out with an iron on light to medium heat. We recommend testing a small piece of the fabric at what heat setting works best on your iron. You can also place scrap fabric between the iron and the canvas to protect the fabric from damage and/or color transfer.

***Because reactive ink and different printing processes are used for each base, there can be differences in colors between them, please keep this in mind when ordering different bases for a single project. Also, weight and texture of bases can vary slightly each time fabric is milled. Although we strive to keep it consistent for our customers, small production lots doesn't always allow for it.***
